Chicken & Cashew in Soy

- About 250g of chicken breast - cut into small pieces
- 3 dried red chilis - cut into 2
- 1/2 onion - cut into two (peel the onions - like shells)
- 2-3 inch ginger - sliced with skin on
- 12 cashew nuts
- Sweet Soy Sauce - according to taste & gravy
- Salt & a pinch of sugar to taste
Directions
- Marinade the chicken pieces with salt, turmeric and chili powder.
- Fry the chicken pieces till golden for 3-4 minutes and set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the cashew nuts and set aside.
- Stir fry the rest of the ingredients and add back the chicken and cashew nuts and add the soy sauce and some water. Let all the ingredients blend well together.
- Then add the salt and little sugar to taste.
