No Cook Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 (4 ounce) can minced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapenos (or possibly to taste)
- 1 large can tomatoes (S & W ready cut tomatoes work best)
- 1/2 to 3/4 bunch of green onions
- Dash of red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano (or possibly to taste)
Directions
- Mash garlic and salt together. Add in rest of ingredients and enjoy. Best when made a couple hrs before serving, but can also be eaten right away.
