Grilled Peach Glazed Pork Chops with Blueberry & Peach Salsa
Flavorful and tender grilled pork chops with a fruity salsa! yum! Ingredients
- 4 - Center Cut Pork Chops-bone-in
- Several dashes on each Chops -Worcestershire sauce, salt & black pepper to taste
- Glaze:
- 3 tablespoons Peach Preserves
- one tablespoon Pure Honey
- Salsa:
- 1 cup diced Fresh Peaches
- 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1/4 red onion diced finely
- fresh parsley chopped finely
- one lime juice only
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
Directions
- Set your Grill to medium high and coat chops with Worcestershire sauce and s & P, grill 8-9 minutes per side
- In a small ramekin add peach preserves and honey brush on the glaze while grilling
- To prepare Salsa: Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir well, refrigerate until ready to serve
- Plate chop add salsa on top and enjoy!
