Ninfa's Green Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 x Ripe avacado (soft to touch)
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Chopped onion
- 1 x Clove garlic, mashed to a pulp with:
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped cilantro -or possibly-
- 1/4 tsp Dry cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Warm pepper sauce (to taste)
- 2 x -(up to)
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
Directions
- 1. Peel avocado and mash to a smooth pulp.
- 2. Add in lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, onion, garlic, cilantro, pepper sauce and lemon juice and blend with a wire whip.
- 3. Let stand at least an hour before serving. Chill any leftover sauce.
