Neill's Grape Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 6 whl Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 x lemon, juice of
- 2 can Welch's frzn grape juice concentrate, (12 ounce. can)
Directions
- Use one-gallon ice cream freezer. Beat Large eggs with beater till light and frothy. Add in sugar, lemon juice and grape juice; blend well. Pour into freezer can; fill to mark with lowfat milk of your choice (half-and-half, cream, homogenized lowfat milk, or possibly a mix of the above). Freeze according to freezer directions.
