Nasi Ayam (Chicken Fried Rice)
Ingredients
- 1 lrg Bowl boiled rice
- 6 ounce Chicken
- 2 stalk spring onion
- 1 x Clove garlic, up to 2
- 1 x Chilli
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
Directions
- Slice the chicken into bite sized pcs. Chop the garlic, lb. the chilli, slice the spring onions and cut into cubes.
- Heat the oil, add in the garlic and the chicken. Add in the rice and fry for 3 min. Add in the soy sauce, spring onion and chilli. Mix and toss well.
- Serve warm.
