Nancy's Chinese Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 3/4 head lettuce, sliced
- 1/2 c. bean sprouts
- 10 slc bacon, crisp cooked &
- crumbled
- 1/4 c. green onion, minced
- 1/4 c. green bell pepper, minced
- 4 x chicken breasts, cook, boned & cut
- 1 x in chunks
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 x clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
Directions
- Combine all salad ingredients in bowl. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Combine all ingredients of dressing; mix well. Cover and refrigeratefor at least 1 hour. Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly before serving.
- Makes 4 servings.
