Nancy's Barbecued Pork Chops And Sauerkraut
Ingredients
- 1 lrg Can Sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 1/2 box light brown sugar
- 6 x Pork chops, at least
- 1 lrg Bottle hickory smoked BBQ sauce
Directions
- Put kraut in large pan; cover with brown sugar. Put chops on top of kraut; cover with plenty BBQ sauce Cover with foil; bake at 350 F for 45 min.
- Uncover, turn chops; add in more BBQ sauce. Re-cover, bake for another 45 min. Uncover, add in a little more BBQ sauce. Leave uncovered, and bake at 400 degrees for 30 min.
