Naan is so delicious, and surprisingly easy to make! You won't believe it!

    Ingredients

    • 2 c. all purpose flour
    • 1 1/2 tsp. instant dry yeast
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 c. water

    Directions

    1. Combine ingredients to create a dough and allow to rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
    2. Punch dough down and divide it into 10 parts.
    3. Roll each into a thin circle. Brush one side with water.
    4. Spray griddle with extra virgin olive oil spray.
    5. Put circles on warm griddle, watered side up.
    6. Bake until half done and lightly browned, about three min.
    7. Flip and finish cooking, about another 3 minutes.

How can I make sure that this recipe is 'whole grain'? Is it just selecting whole grain flour? or is more needed to cook using whole grain flour?
      Thanks!
