    Moist, double rich Chocolate cake

    Ingredients

    • Dark Chocolate Cake
    • heat oven 350'
    • Grease and flour pans 2, 9 " round or 11 x 13
    • Ingredients all go in mixing bowl together
    • 2 C Sugar
    • 1 3/4 C Flour
    • 3/4 C unsweetened cocoa
    • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 C milk
    • 1/2 C vegetable oil
    • 1 C boiling water or 1 C hot black coffee

    Directions

    1. Mix all but boiling water or coffee
    2. Then add the water or coffee.. your choice
    3. Mix again til mixture is well blended, pour into pans bake 30-35 mins
    4. Mix will be watery , will thicken as baked.
