Sending this to MY FIRST COOKED FOOD EVENT . I experimented this kurma exactly the next day , when my hubby and myself first met and our engagement date was fixed . My mom was busy with our engagement works including shopping , inviting relatives . My brother and myself was left alone , so that was my first day in kitchen . My brother had this with chapathi , he said good but less salt .

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1) Pressure cook all the veggies with the grinded masala for 3 whistles .
2) Then , when the steam leaves . Heat oil in a kadai.Add mustard seeds and jeera ,when it splutters add chopped onion and tomato with curry leaves,biriyani leaves and fry for a while.
3) Then add this mixture to the veggies and allow to boil till it the oil separates out .Turn off the flame. Serve hot with rotis.
