Mushrooms with Cream Gravy
Great served over perogi. Ingredients
- 6 cups mushrooms
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp oil for frying (optional)
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 2 cups cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Steam fry or saute mushrooms, onion and garlic in oil. Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and add cream to make a smooth paste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
