Mushroom & Capcicum Stir-fry

- 200g button mushroom (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 green capcicum - sliced
- 1 small onion - sliced
- 2 cloves garlic - roughly sliced
- Oyster sauce - to taste (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Saute the garlic and onions for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the capcicum for 1-2 minutes then the mushrooms.
- Let the mushroom cook (if necessary, add very little water).
- Add some oyster sauce and a pinch of salt and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with plain rice.
