Mom's Corned Beef Hash And Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 can Corned beef
- 4 c. Potatoes, diced
- 3 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Fat
- Salt and pepper
- Cabbage
Directions
- Brown onion in fat; add in corned beef and break up. (this works better if can has been chilled first) Add in cooked potatoes, lowfat milk and seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes. Prepare cabbage and cook. Serve hash and cabbage together.
