Corned Beef Hash Casserole 2
Ingredients
- 1 can (15.5 ounce) corned beef hash
- 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 can (4 ounce) sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 lrg Large eggs Black pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a lightly-greased 2 qt casserole mold the corned beef to the bottom and part way up the sides. In a bowl, mix together the tomato sauce and mushrooms. Pour into corned beef crust. Bake at 375 F for 10 to 15 min. Remove from oven and add in cheese (do not mix). Return to oven for 5 min more. Beat Large eggs and pepper. After the cheese has melted, pour Large eggs over top. Return to oven and bake till Large eggs are solid on top.
