mixsecan sauce Ingredients
- Whole fresh red chili cut with the seed 500gr
- Garlic peeled and smashed 50gr
- Dry red chili cut 300gr
- Corn oil 100ml
- Tomato paste 50gr
- Fresh tomato dice 200gr
- Red onion 200gr
- Sugar 50gr
- Lime juice 80ml
- White vinegar 80ml
- Salt 40gr
Directions
- METHOD:
- 1 sauté no 1,2 and 3 with no 4
- 2 Add no5 and sauté further then add no 6,7 and 8,9,10,11
- 3 remove from the stove and blend
- 4 then return the blended mixture back to the stove for a boil and then cool down
