Mint Chutney ( Pudine Ki Chutney )
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. natural yrrghurt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint minced or possibly 2 tsp. dry mint
- 2 sm green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt
Directions
- Grind all the ingredients in a blender till smooth and creamy.
- Serve at room temperature.
- This recipe is a tangy cooling chutney which tempers the effect of fiery dishes like kababs and spicy samosas.
- Serves 4
