Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. natural yrrghurt
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh mint minced or possibly 2 tsp. dry mint
  • 2 sm green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  •     salt

Directions

  1. Grind all the ingredients in a blender till smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve at room temperature.
  3. This recipe is a tangy cooling chutney which tempers the effect of fiery dishes like kababs and spicy samosas.
  4. Serves 4
