Mint and Apricot sauce
excellent with Lamb and Mutton dishes Also good ovetr potatoes and carrots Ingredients
- 200ML SMOOTH APRICOT JAM
- 100GMS WHITE SUGAR
- 250ML GRAPE VINEGAR
- 250ML CHOPPED MINT
Directions
- Combine jam, sugar, vinegar in a glass bowl.
- Microwave on med heat for 4 minutes stirring regularly
- Stir in mint and allow to cool.
- Bottle in sterilized jars
- Makes 600mls store in refridgerator
