Mini Chocolate Chip Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. or possibly 12 ounce mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Soften butter. Add in sugar and mix well. Add in vanilla and large eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Then beat for 2 min. Add in lowfat milk and dry ingredients alternately. Mix chips in by hand. Bake in a Bundt pan 60 min at 350°F. Cool completely before removing from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
