Mini Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. or possibly 12 ounce mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Soften butter. Add in sugar and mix well. Add in vanilla and large eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Then beat for 2 min. Add in lowfat milk and dry ingredients alternately. Mix chips in by hand. Bake in a Bundt pan 60 min at 350°F. Cool completely before removing from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
