Minatamis na Saging na Saba
Simple yet filling Filipino dessert. Ingredients
- 10 pcs Saging na saba, peeled cut into bite size
- 1 cup Water (adjust accordingly)
- 1 cup Washed sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 pcs pandan leaves
Directions
- Arrange all the ingredients in a deep pot.
- Cover and bring into a boil over medium heat.
- Let it simmer for 30 minutes or until saba is tender.
- Once the syrup is thick, turn off heat.
