Middle Eastern Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- 6 cups spinach leaves, fresh
- 1 1/4 cup red apple, unpeeled, chopped
- 4 tbs raisins
- 2 tbs green onion, sliced
- 3 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 tbs cider vinegar
- 2 tsp curry puwder
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- FOR SALAD:
- COMBINE spinach, apple, raisins, and green onion in large bowl; refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- FOR DRESSING:
- COMBINE vegetable oil, vinegar, chutney, curry powder, mustard, and salt in small bowl. Pour over salad; toss well to coat.
