Ingredients

  • 6 cups spinach leaves, fresh
  • 1 1/4 cup red apple, unpeeled, chopped
  • 4 tbs raisins
  • 2 tbs green onion, sliced
  • 3 tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 tbs cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp curry puwder
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. FOR SALAD:
  2. COMBINE spinach, apple, raisins, and green onion in large bowl; refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  3. FOR DRESSING:
  4. COMBINE vegetable oil, vinegar, chutney, curry powder, mustard, and salt in small bowl. Pour over salad; toss well to coat.
