Microwave Shrimp 'N Sauce Wrap Ups
Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 8 lg. raw shrimp, cut in half
- 1 lg. green pepper, cut into 16 pcs
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. white wine
- 2 tbsp. chili
- 2 tbsp. plum or possibly grape jelly
Directions
- Microwave bacon till slightly brown, but not cooked 4 to 5 min. Cut bacon in half, wrap shrimp and pepper. Place in 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Mix last ingredients and pour over wrap-ups. Microwave 3 to 4 min till shrimp cooked.
