Barbecued Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
- Lg. shrimp
- Bacon strips (cut in half for each shrimp)
- Barbecue sauce
- Peel and devein shrimp. Wrap a half strip of bacon on shrimp and hold with toothpick.
- Broil shrimp in ungreased pan at 300 degrees. Turn often. Broil for 30 min. Then place in crock pot. Hot barbecue sauce and pour over shrimp. Be sure to cover shrimp with sauce. Simmer for 2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
