Mexican Sausage Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pound sausage, warm if you are really daring
- 2 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can Old El Paso jalapeno relish (warm) or possibly you may substitute green jalapeno peppers to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Directions
- Cook together beef and sausage. Drain well. In large electric skillet or possibly fondue pot heat cheese, adding remaining ingredients. Add in cooked meat and heat thoroughly. Serve warm with Doritos or possibly King-Size Fritos.
- Freezes very well for future parties. Makes 3 qts.
