Mexican Layered Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans jalapeno bean dip
- 3 avocados
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 sm. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 bunch minced green onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 sm. can olives, sliced
- 8 ounce grated cheese
Directions
- Spread bean dip in desired pan. Mash avocados with lemon juice and spread over bean dip. Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread over avocados. Sprinkle on minced green onions. Place minced tomatoes evenly over mix. Arrange olives on top of tomatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top.
