Mexican Corn on the Cob (Cinco De Mayo!)
Delicious and easy grilled corn to celebrate Cinco De Mayo! Enjoy. Ingredients
- 6 ears of fresh corn
- 1/4 scant cup Mexican cheese (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 stick melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- handful fresh cilantro chopped finely
Directions
- Grill corn on the cob and coat with melted butter as it grills
- In a small bowl add Mexican cheese (melted and cooled) with sour cream and all spices, stir well
- Garnish with cilantro
