A quick, tasty, spicy dip to serve with corn chips or tortillas.

    Ingredients

    • 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup canned pizza sauce
    • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp dried basil
    • 1/4 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
    • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
    • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Then pour into a 9 inch pie plate and spread evenly. Sprinkle with red pepper, green pepper, green onion, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Serve with corn chips or tortillas

This was really good! When I was making it, I was really unsure about all the seasoning I was putting in it, but it tastes great! The only problem I ran into was that under the ingrediants it doesn't have the cheddar cheese...so I didn't buy cheddar cheese...but it was still good. If and when I make it again I think I will leave out the green peppers. They have a strong flavor and I just think it would be better with out them.

Sorry about omiting the cheddar cheese in the ingredient list. It has been corrected. Thanks for your comment. Glad you enjoy it.
