MELTING SNOW fruit sugar cookie
Using Ben's Sugar cookies frost with cream cheese snow. Decorate with fresh fruit and glaze Ingredients
- •3 teaspoon cornstarch
- • 1/2 c water
- • 1/4c orange juice
- • 1/8c lemon juice
- • Dash salt
- • 1/2c sugar
- • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- • 1/4 c sugar
- • 12 Ben's sugar cookies
- • 1 Fresh Kiwi
- • 3 Fresh Strawberries quartered
- • 12 Fresh Raspberries
Directions
- •For glaze:
- In a small saucepan, whisk the first five ingredients until smooth;
- Stir in 1/2 c sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Cool slightly.
- • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth.
- Spread over cookies.
- Arrange fruit over top; brush or drizzle with glaze.
- Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until cold.
- Yield: 12 servings.
