Now this looks like an interesting and different twist on the usual old "tomato glazed" meat loaf. Not that there's anything remotely wrong with a tomato glaze on a meatloaf. I'll have to try this one.
Thanks for posting.

Meatloaf your family will love!
My Grandma used to make her meatloaf this way when I was a little girl, now I make it for my family, and they just eat it all up! No leftovers for this meal! Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 envelope of onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- !/2 can of milk (using the soup can)
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix the first four ingredients in a large bowl
- Shape into a loaf and place in a glass baking dish
- Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes ( until just about done, but not completely.
- Take out of oven set aside
- in a smaller bowl mix soup, milk, salt and pepper
- Pour over meatloaf and put back in oven
- Bake until done through.
- The soup makes a gravy we use to put over homemade mashed potatoes! YUM-O!
