classic meatloaf Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 8 oz. can tomato juice
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup chopped onion
- diced green pepper (optional)
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all ingredients and mix well with hands
- Press firmly into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour (can also do 6 mini meatloafs in a muffin tin - cut cook time in half)
