Meatballs And Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb lean grnd beef
- 1 bn green onions Garlic-herb seasoning to taste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 x egg
- 2 Tbsp. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 pkt cheese scalloped potatoes
- 1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water Seasoned salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix first 7 ingredients together well and form into meatballs around 1 inch in diameter. Place potatoes in the slow cooker, then meatballs. Mix potato seasoning packet with soup and water, salt, and pepper; pour over meatballs and potato slices.
- Cover crockpot and cook on Low for 5 1/2 to 7 hrs. Add in thawed frzn vegetables for the last hour, if you like.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
