Meat rolls with prosciutto and sage

- 600g beef flank steaks (4 steaks)
- 2 tsp Vegeta Natur or similar seasoning
- 100g prosciutto, cut into thin slices
- 4 sage leaves
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 200ml white wine
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs butter
- Black pepper
Directions
- Wash, dry and flatten the steaks.
- Rub one side of each steak with Vegeta Natur.
- Cover the other side of the steak with a slice of prosciutto and a sage leaf. Roll the steak and secure the roll with wooden or metal toothpicks.
- Whisk corn starch into the wine.
- Sauté the rolls on all sides in the hot mixture of oil and butter until golden, then stir in wine and season with pepper.
- Cover and simmer the rolls over low heat for 20 minutes or until very tender.
- Remove the toothpicks before serving.
