Meat Balls Over Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 green pepper
- 1 med. onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can undiluted chicken and rice soup
- 1 can undiluted tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 c. evaporated Pet lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Saute/fry green pepper and onion in butter. Add in undiluted soups and water. Heat to boiling. Simmer for 5 min.
- Mix grnd beef, bread, broken in small pcs, evaporated lowfat milk, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape in ping pong size balls. Drop in simmering sauce. Cook about 1 hour or possibly 45 min if done to satisfaction. Serve over noodles. Easy and good.
