Meat Balls In Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. dry parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
Directions
- Blend first 9 ingredients. Add in grnd beef and shape into small meat balls. Blend sauce ingredients over low heat or possibly in microwave till cranberry sauce is melted. Arrange meat balls in shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min. Serve in chafing dish. Makes 55 to 60 meat balls.
