Mcdonald's Hot Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1/3 c. white vinegar plus
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. grnd dry mustard
- 4 tsp corn starch
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 10 dsh habanero warm sauce - (to 14 drops)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small uncovered saucepan. Whisk till smooth. Turn heat to medium and bring mix to a boil, stirring often. Sauce should thicken in 2 to 3 min after it begins to boil.
- Remove sauce from heat and refrigeratein refrigerator in a covered container.
