Asian Pork With Hot Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd mustard
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/8 tsp Salt, optional
- 1 dsh Grnd turmeric
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Molasses
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 2 x Pork tenderloins
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
- In a bowl, combine mustard, oil, vinegar, salt if you like and turmeric; gradually add in lowfat milk till smooth. Chill. In a large resealable plastic bag or possibly shallow glass dish, combine soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, molassas and garlic. Add in pork; seal or possibly cover and chill for 4-6 hrs, turning occasionally. Place the pork in a shallow roasting pan; throw away marinade.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 40 min or possibly till a meat thermometer reads 160-170 . Let stand for 5 min. Slice pork; sprinkle with sesame seeds if you like. Serve with the mustard sauce.
