Martha's Hot Mushrooms Hors D'oeuvre
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 pkg. Knorr's Leek Soup
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. grated mild Cheddar
Directions
- Slice and lightly fry mushrooms. Remove from heat. Add in 2 Tbsp. flour and stir. Add in lowfat sour cream and leek soup. Blend.
- Place mix in shallow pie plate and sprinkle with grated cheese. Heat till piping warm. Serve with crackers.
