Hot Crab Hors D'oeuvres
Ingredients
- 1 can crab meat or possibly fresh crab meat, shredded
- 1 sm. onion or possibly scallions
- Few drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- Healthy pinch of salt
Directions
- Cut crusts off sliced egg bread. Cut into squares. Spread mix on bread. Place on cookie sheets. Broil till brown and bubbly.
