Marshmallow Puffed Rice Balls
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 of 3 ounce. pkg. gelatin, raspberry is best (about 3 tbsp.)
- 1 1/2 quarts. puffed rice cereal
Directions
- In medium saucepan heat butter over low heat Add in marshmallows, stir till melted. Blend in dry gelatin. Pour over puffed rice. Mix well with buttered hands. Form into balls.
