Marshmallow Puffed Rice Balls

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 3 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 of 3 ounce. pkg. gelatin, raspberry is best (about 3 tbsp.)
  • 1 1/2 quarts. puffed rice cereal

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan heat butter over low heat Add in marshmallows, stir till melted. Blend in dry gelatin. Pour over puffed rice. Mix well with buttered hands. Form into balls.
