Marinated Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 can (16-ounce) whole green beans
- 1 can (16-ounce) artichokes
- 1 can (8-ounce) water chestnuts Minced green onion
- 1 c. Italian salad dressing
- 1 ct (8-ounce) lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Horseradish
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
Directions
- Cut artichokes in quarters. Slice water chestnuts. Marinate beans, artichokes, water chestnuts and onion in salad dressing for several hrs.
- Drain and serve cool with sauce made of remaining ingredients.
