Margaret's Italian Onion Bake
Ingredients
- 2 # fish filet
- 3 c. Sliced onion
- 2Tab. Butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Mayo
- 3/4 c. Parm. Cheese
- 2 Tab. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp.paprika, oregano, & chopped parsley
Directions
- Sauté onions in butter til limp, but NOT brown.
- Spread onions on bottom of baking dish.
- Cover with fillets.
- Mix remaining ingred. And spread over top of filets.
- Bakeat 350 degrees for 20 min.
