    A moist and delicious cake thats great with a cup of coffee

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups flour
    • 2 teas. baking powder
    • 1/2 teas. salt
    • 1 cup shortening
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup orange juice
    • 2 teas. vanilla
    • 3/4 hershey's chocolate syrup
    • 1/4 teas. baking soda

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
    2. Beat everything in mixer except chocolate syrup.
    3. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a greased pan or bundt pan.
    4. To the other 1/3 of the remaining batter, add the chocolate syrup, and mix well.
    5. Pour this over the white batter. Using a knife, go up and down through the batter, causing it to marble.
    6. Bake 40-45 minutes.
