Mandarin Orange Congealed Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. orange gelatin
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 can mandarin oranges, liquid removed & minced
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 (9 ounce.) container whipped topping
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
Directions
- Heat pineapple with the gelatin, stir over low heat till gelatin melts. Add in buttermilk. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Mix in oranges, nuts and topping. Refrigeratetill set. Serves 10-12 people.
