Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. orange gelatin
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, liquid removed & minced
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1 (9 ounce.) container whipped topping
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Directions

  1. Heat pineapple with the gelatin, stir over low heat till gelatin melts. Add in buttermilk. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Mix in oranges, nuts and topping. Refrigeratetill set. Serves 10-12 people.
