Macadamia Coated Jumbo Shrimp Appetizers
Fresh jumbo Shrimp (Deveined, tails on) in a lemon butter, rolled in crushed macadamia nuts and lightly bake until golden brown. Served with a Dipping Sauce Ingredients
- 2 pounds Fresh Jumbo Shrimp (Deveined, tails on)
- 1/2 stick melted sweet cream butter
- 2 fresh lemons (juice only) divided use
- 1/2 cup crushed macadamia nuts
- For the Dipping sauce:
- 1/4 (scant) cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish sauce
- juice of one fresh lemon
Directions
- Coat each Jumbo shrimp in the lemon butter and roll into crushed macadamia nuts and place on a non stick baking sheet pan(s)
- Bake in a 350 F oven for 6 minutes (Do not over cook Shrimp-only until lightly browned)
- In a mixing bowl add dipping sauce ingredients, stir well and refrigerate until ready to serve in small ramekins
