Coconut shrimps
Add a Little coconut in Your life! Its simple tastet and you Get alot of protein thats what our brain needs Ingredients
- 1lb bag uncooked fresh jumbo shrimps
- 1/2 cup coconut grated in bag
- Butter
- 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper/desired amount
- 1/2 Lemon
Directions
- Season shrimps with Little salt Black pepper an lemon
- Set aside.then heat butter until melted. Set aside then Add grated coconut to the melted butter let cool,Add shrimps marinate in the butter coconut sauce.use flat baking sheet pan Add a Little olive oil to keep pan oil.add shrimps let roast for 15-20 mins at 200 degrees until coconut brown. Can be server hot or cool.
